This news sounds good to me. I'm really interested to see how Azzarello's crime-noir writing style would fair with Wonder Woman - and then partnered with Cliff Chiang's pin ups! That sounds too good to be true if you ask me, but here we are folks. Its gonna happen.

As for Manapul, I'm really happy to know that he's getting a shot at writing for the very first time. I'm sure he's got a lot of interesting visions for the Flash, who happens to be his favorite character.

Then you've got the others: Johns on Aquaman? Check. You can throw Johns any character you want and he will make it remarkable.

Hawkman? Check. It's been a long time since I've read any good Hawkman tales. Daniel has the chops for that and Philip Tan's art  never disappoints.

Mister Terrific? Check as well. The 3rd-smartest man on the planet gimmick is freaking cool.

Green Arrow? Check, check. I'm a big Ollie fan as well and I hope they will skip the origin story. We already know that.

Firestorm? Uhm... Nah. This is the only title here that I'm not really sure about. The character doesn't even intrigue me, and he looks ridiculous by having fire as his hairdo. Plus, I don't trust Sciver when it comes to writing .Gail Simone I'm really cool with. Sciver could have just done the art instead.

But I might be wrong though.

How about you? Do you like what you're seeing so far?
